Cuswpc Tech is a small team, and every message lands with the people who write and edit the magazine. There is no call centre, switchboard or ticketing system: just one inbox that we read ourselves.
The address
Write to contact@cuswpc.org. We read everything that arrives and reply to most messages within a few working days. Messages about errors that could cost a reader money or data are handled first.
Good reasons to write
- You spotted a mistake. Tell us the page address, the sentence in question and what you believe is correct. If you have an official source, include its name. The full process is on Getting It Right.
- A guide is out of date. Menus move and services rename features. If the steps no longer match what you see on screen, we want to know.
- You have a question we have not answered. Topic ideas are welcome, especially practical problems from small businesses, home offices and household finances.
- Something on the site does not work. A broken link, a layout problem on your phone or a page that will not load.
What we cannot help with
We are an editorial site, not a service provider, so a few requests fall outside what we can do:
- We cannot troubleshoot your individual device, network or account remotely.
- We do not recommend specific lenders, insurers, investments or legal arrangements for your situation; for that, please consult a qualified professional where you live.
- We cannot vouch for companies an article names; compare their terms with alternatives before you sign anything.
- We cannot act on behalf of companies mentioned in our articles; questions about an order or a contract belong with that company.
Before you send
A little detail goes a long way. If you are reporting a technical problem, mention the device and browser you were using. If you are asking about a finance or business article, tell us which country or state you are in, since rules differ, but please do not send account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive data by email. Nobody on the team will request them, ever.
What happens to your message
Your email address is used only to answer you. We do not add it to a newsletter or share it with anyone, and old correspondence is deleted once it has served its purpose. More detail is on Data Protection.
While you wait
If your question is about how we work, the answer may already be on one of these pages: The Way We Write covers our house style and limits, and What to Expect Here describes the subjects we cover.
Before you write
A quick word about your message
One inbox, read by the people who write the articles. Corrections that could cost someone money or data are answered first; everything else follows in the order it arrived.
Please leave account numbers, identity documents and passwords out of your email. We never need them, and we will never ask.
